tekesha, service advisor did fine, your phone system is terrible , 3 days for service comletion was too long, 8:00 am day i till 6:00 pm day 4 ?? Why??, driver floor mat, stained and greassey, no floor protector used, no updated window sticker to say when next service is required, no carwash offered, ride home and pickup service was good and appreciated, the word missallanous on service receipt does not tell client what is being done ?? thomas miller
