Brought car back for a repair of something that was ���fixed��� at a cost of almost $900 and was told that the fix didn���t include the returning issue which I asked specifically when I had the car repaired in the spring that it would fix that issue too ���- front and back drivers side door locks not responding. So I declined all services and they still tried to charge me another almost $200 for a diagnostic that I did not need or ask for. This diagnostic then generated another set of repair suggestions totaling over $6000 I will not be returning to this shop again. The only reason I am giving it a 2 is because the staff were very friendly as always. This is not their issue.

It took a 1 and a half hour to get an estimate on the price of a battery after my car was in the back.
