Confirmed Service Customer
I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off on Saturday, July 6. When I arrived at the set time, there was no service person at sight. Another woman and I waited for at least 5 minutes before the person came out. At that point the person did not interact very nicely to the lady in front of me (she seemed put out to be dealing with a customer - in my opinion). She was very nice to me. I told her we had just had the vehicle in to fix the back air conditioner and my mechanic said there was a paper about how to fix it. She made a copy of the bill from our mechanic and informed me of the cost to diagnose. I asked if they would call before fixing it so I would know the cost. She said that they would call, but on Saturdays they only do standard things, so they would call on Monday. I did not receive a call on Monday or Tuesday. My husband called on Wednesday and left a message. When they called back they could not give him any status on my car, but assured him they would call back. They did not. On Thursday, my husband called again. They again could not give a status but said they would call. When I got a call in the afternoon, the person I spoke to said they needed more time with my car to find the problem. I told her I was frustrated with the lack of communication. She informed me that they were all frustrated and their system had been down on Monday. I told her I would be picking up my vehicle that evening. She was short (and seemed irritated) with her response. We picked up the vehicle in the evening on Thursday. It cost nearly $200 to have my car gone for 4 full work days without being fixed. I told the service manager (who was very friendly) about the communication issues and how they contributed to frustration and decreased trust in this location. I will not use this dealership again.
