Confirmed Service Customer
The routine service took entirely too long. My appointment was for 3:00, but I arrived at 2:45 and they checked me in right away. With that said, I still didn't leave until after 5:30. The clerk that was handling my appointment was polite; however, when he said the car would be "ready in a few minutes" I waited for nearly an extra half hour. I eventually got up to check the status just to see my keys sitting at his desk.. Who knows how long they were sitting there before he finally came back and alerted me. Also, the technicians left a large plastic bag in the driver seat as well as a foot well cover. I was not pleased.
