Confirmed Service Customer
Took over 7 weeks to complete the repair, and the whole time the communication from the service dept was terrible. The service dept never answers the phone. It would sometimes take 20 attempts to connect and get an update. The only way I was ever really successful, was to call the parts department and ask to be transferred to service manually. I was flat out lied to on the few updates I did receive. I have never experienced vehicle service this bad in my life. I also tried to call the main number to get a general manager or any sort of person in charge, but never was able to make contact. I left messages for the general manager, but no calls were ever returned.
