Everything was going well. I went to pick up my car after getting $1300 worth of repairs and an employee name Jack told me he could help me because he was not my advisor. He then walked away without making any effort to help me. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I am not sure if I want to bring my car back for service here since the customer is not a priority.
