Confirmed Service Customer
I was in the store parking lot and my car would not start, finally after an hour it started but battery caused many warnings, I contacted Buick, was told that I could take it to service without an appointment. I was able to make it to service department at 4:05 pm and even though most of their mechanics had left for the day, the service advisor made sure that the car was checked, and the battery was replaced.
