Confirmed Service Customer
The representative that checked me in was pleasant and helpful. My one issue is that after seeing my car sit out front for an hour, I sent a text message back to the technician to get a status. After not hearing back after another hour, I then went back to the representative that checked me in. She found out that my vehicle was ready; but, there were some recommendations. I approved that and asked how long would that take. They immediately took it back and completed the additional services within the hour.
